Description

A V-band turbo manifold for the Audi EA839 3.0 V6, opening the B9 S4 and S5 up to modern performance turbochargers. 304 stainless, CFD-optimised cast collector, British-made with a lifetime warranty.

Key Features:

• Breaks the OEM turbo ceiling: Rather than tying you to an OEM-style replacement turbo, the V-band platform lets the 3.0 EA839 run a range of modern performance turbochargers.
• Garrett G25, G30 and G35 compatible: A Garrett V-band inlet covering the G-series, with Turbosmart Frame B and HPT Frame 2 options on the same flange.
• Turbosmart 6466 option: A second inlet flange choice at the same price, so turbo selection is not driven by cost.
• Sizing to suit the build: A smaller turbo where response, transient performance and everyday drivability matter; larger options where airflow and outright power are the target.
• 50mm external wastegate port: Supplied with the flange already fitted.
• Walton construction throughout: Primary sleeves pushed through the head flange and TIG welded both sides, in-house investment cast collector for flow and wastegate priority, and 10mm laser-cut flanges decked and machined post-manufacture.
