⚠️ Check Engine Light Warning
Because this is a catless downpipe, the factory catalytic converter is removed.
The vehicle may trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) due to catalyst-efficiency and rear-O2 sensor monitoring. On the C8 RS6/RS7 platform, a factory calibration may also result in a reduced-power/protection mode.
A properly configured ECU tune is strongly recommended and should address the catalyst and rear-O2 monitoring associated with the removal of the factory catalytic converter.
For Stage 2 applications, the ECU calibration must be specifically designed for the upgraded downpipe.
