Precision Balance for Performance and Longevity

Achieving perfect balance is a cornerstone of every TTE upgrade turbocharger. Superior balance not only enhances durability but also improves acoustics and overall driving experience. Each component undergoes meticulous balancing at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our single-part balancing machine. Following assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced—depending on the application—up to 250,000 RPM across multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine. This process ensures a level of equilibrium far exceeding OEM standards. Every TTE turbocharger is accompanied by a serial-numbered balance test report, guaranteeing the highest level of precision and quality control.
