Description
An 11.5mm match-ground piston and cylinder assembly adding roughly 10 bar of rail pressure and a 5% torque increase. Part of Autotech’s HPFP range, made in California with a lifetime warranty.
Key Features:
- Match-ground and serialised: Each piston and cylinder is precision-ground repeatedly through manufacture and paired as a set, not assembled from batch parts.
- Plasma DLC coating: Autotech were first to apply diamond-like carbon to HPFP internals to cut friction. The coating works because the parts are engineered around the process rather than coated afterwards.
- Removes the pump as a limit: Flow headroom of up to 50% over the factory pump, so fuel delivery stops being the constraint even on large turbo upgrades.
- Tuner-supported: HPFP-specific calibrations are widely available, so the hardware has software behind it.
- Lifetime warranty: Autotech warrant their parts to the original purchaser for the life of the vehicle they are fitted to.

Requires supporting ECU calibration – not a drop-in part. Audi 4.0T and 5.0T take the dual-pump kit instead.
