TuneZilla 2.0T TFSI ECU Tuning for VW

TuneZilla calibrations are flashed through your vehicle’s OBD port with a FlashZilla device: read your factory file, download your chosen tune from the InstaTune server, and write it in. Switching between tunes or back to stock later uses the same tool.
Power & Torque
Factory baseline on TuneZilla’s dyno: 207 whp / 228 lb-ft — 256 hp / 243 lb-ft at the crank.
- Stage 1 — 255 whp / 277 lb-ft — 314 hp / 325 lb-ft at the crank (+48 whp / +49 lb-ft over stock)
- Stage 2 — 268 whp / 290 lb-ft — 331 hp / 340 lb-ft at the crank (+61 whp / +62 lb-ft over stock)
Figures by fuel:
- Stage 1 — Stage 1 91 octane 255 whp / 277 lb-ft — 314 hp / 325 lb-ft at the crank
The figure quoted for each tune above is the best of these; what your car makes depends on the fuel you run, your hardware and ambient conditions.

- Custom Tuning — Supported hardware upgrades: fuelling upgrades, turbo upgrade (hybrid or larger), downpipe upgrade, intercooler upgrade, engine swap
