TuneZilla N63 – 4.4L ECU Tuning for BMW
Available through United Performance
TuneZilla calibrations are flashed through your vehicle’s OBD port with a FlashZilla device: read your factory file, download your chosen tune from the InstaTune server, and write it in. Switching between tunes or back to stock later uses the same tool.
Power & Torque
Factory baseline on TuneZilla’s dyno: 407 whp / 442 lb-ft.
- Stage 1 — 467 whp / 514 lb-ft (+60 whp / +72 lb-ft over stock)
- Stage 2 — 492 whp / 540 lb-ft (+85 whp / +98 lb-ft over stock)
All figures are TuneZilla’s own published dyno results, not a United Performance measurement, and are indicative rather than guaranteed.

- Stage 1 — 93 Octane Required; no hardware required (stock hardware compatible); dealer flash
- Stage 2 — 93 Octane Required; High-flow downpipes Required; Intake and intercooler system Recommended

- Exhaust Crackle — Crackle (add $144.50 CAD)
- Emissions Deletes — Remove Intake flap, SAI, EVAP, Cat and/or Rear O2 (add $143.06 CAD)

The tune itself is delivered as a software file for your own FlashZilla device — no parts ship unless you add the tool.
