Jackal Motorsports writes its calibrations from the ground up rather than reselling an off-the-shelf map — every file is validated with data logging, dyno work and real street testing before it reaches a customer’s car.

Performance:

• Stage 1: +86 WHP / +64 lb-ft
• Stage 2: +130 WHP / +126 lb-ft
• Stage 2+: +165 WHP / +150 lb-ft
• Stage 2+ E40: +185 WHP / +193 lb-ft

Hardware Required by Stage:

• Stage 1: aftermarket intake or drop-in filter strongly recommended, heat exchanger recommended
• Stage 2: single pulley, aftermarket intake required, heat exchanger strongly recommended
• Stage 2+: dual pulley ratio, intake and heat exchanger required, catback recommended, HPFP upgrade recommended, CWA100 coolant pump recommended
• Stage 2+ E40: all Stage 2+ hardware plus HPFP and a 40% ethanol blend
• NGK BKR8EIX gapped to 0.026 in recommended on all staged files

Transmission Tune Included:

• A complete DSG transmission calibration ships with the ECU tune at no extra cost — not a torque-limit patch.
• Progressive launch control, enhanced AMAX shift behaviour, rolling AMAX in Sport and Manual, smoothed shift logic for daily driving.
• If your TCU is locked, Jackal supplies the file free once an unlock is available.

Notes:

• ECU and DSG calibrations fully overhauled as of January 2025 — rolling AMAX and throttle-based selective launch control.
• Throttle-based launch control with three settings: low launch 2000/2200/2500 rpm for dual-pulley and E40 cars, high launch 2500/3000/3400 rpm for Stage 1 and 2.
• Rolling AMAX (Draggy mode) with ESP fully off removes power drop between shifts.
• Water-meth injection maps available per stage, plus upgraded throttle body maps for the Jackal TB adapter harness.
• Stock-blower record: 10.58 @ 129 mph with a 2.7-second 0-60; the Stage 1 93-octane record stands at 11.51 @ 118 mph.
