Product information “THE- Audi RS4 / S4 B5 High Flow Intake Manifold” THE- Audi RS4 / S4 B5 High Flow Intake Manifold Info, original rs4/s4 fuel rail does not fit on THE tuner intake manifold Product information: This item is our THE- Highflow intake manifold designed specifically for the V6 engine in the Audi RS4 B5. The intake manifold is made the same as the OEM part using aluminum casting process. It can be installed on RS4 cylinder heads as well as on naturally aspirated cylinder heads (2,4/2,8l). In order to achieve an optimal flow rate, an adjustment of the cylinder head channels is necessary. Our channel size at the flange to the cylinder head is 29.3×58.1mm. The opening to the throttle body is the same as the RS6 throttle body (82mm) and is sealed with an o-ring, thus an Rs4 throttle body or a machined 82mm throttle body can be installed. For mounting the intake manifold must be used up to 4 pieces, the original screws.
